Meal planning is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle and when done well, it can take all the stress out of preparing a meal after a hectic day of work and kids. It sounds simple enough but, for many people planning for a week’s worth of meals can be overwhelming. This class is designed to give you the tools to be successful. Each week we will prepare two dishes that can be turned into 2-3 more lunches and dinners and we’ll share tips on how to prepare foods in advance, how to store food for maximum freshness and shop wisely.
