Jump Start to Weight Loss and Eating Better

The Boise Natural Health Jump Start Program uses the UltraMeal functional food shake and bars from Metagenics. Along with the recommended low carbohydrate eating and exercise, this program can be a very effective plan for those who want to lose weight and get back on track to better health. Detailed instructions are included for mixing the shake, meal ideas, and tracking weight loss progress.

The UltraMeal program is available to established Boise Natural Health patients and non-patients alike. Besides doing the intensive program, the UltraMeal bars and shakes make great snacks and breakfast smoothies.

The Jump Start Program can be done independently or along with physician supervision. If you need individual support for weight loss or have complicating medical conditions that contribute to weight gain or are a result of weight gain, we strongly encourage physician supervision.

The Jump Start Program Fees:

• Optional half hour office visit with naturopathic physician to customize the program.
  Includes email and phone support during your program.
  $85 new patient, $75 established patient
  If you are significantly overweight or have complicating health factors, you may want to consider a longer office visit and additional laboratory testing and evaluation.
• UltraMeal functional food shake. $35.95 bottle of 14 servings.
  At two servings a day, one bottle will last 7 days.
  This is a good tasting meal replacement made with rice protein and comes in chocolate and vanilla.
• UltraMeal bars $2.25 each, $27 per box of 12.
  Comes in either almond/vanilla or chocolate fudge.
